PACKAGING AND MARKETING A GRANOLA BAR BRAND;
I was responsible for conceptualizing a product line in one of the following categories, Food, Cosmetics, or Dry Beverage, with free range to pick the specific product within the category. I decided on the food category with the intention of broadening my product range of packaging projects. As a person with several food allergies, I know the importance of proper nutrition facts and allergen information, and I used this knowledge to my advantage. I conceptualized a granola
bar brand, named Nosh, that contains simple, organic ingredients, free of six common allergens. I designed the packaging and a integrated advertising campaign that is targeted towards families, including all ages, parents, and children. The purpose of this brand is to produce a healthy, quick snack for everyone, as the name Nosh means “to snack or eat in between meals.”
